1. Order Processing Time
✔ Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
✔ Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship within the UK and selected international destinations.

💡 Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

4. Order Tracking

✔ You can track your package using the link provided in the confirmation email.

5. Shipping Delays & Issues
We strive to meet our delivery estimates, but unexpected delays can occur due to:
❌ High order volumes during holidays.
❌ Courier delays (weather, strikes, customs).
❌ Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
💡 If your package is delayed by more than 5 days, please contact us, and we will assist you in locating your order.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
✔ If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.
✔ If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend checking with neighbours or your local courier office first.
✔ TheCatPlug is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
7. International Shipping & Customs
✔ International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
✔ Customers are responsible for paying any import fees.
✔ Customs processing times can add additional delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
💡 We do not provide refunds for customs-related shipping delays.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
✔ Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
✔ After this period, orders are already processed and cannot be changed.
