1. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the UK and selected international destinations.

Europe – Selected countries (check at checkout)
International – Limited availability

💡 Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

4. Order Tracking

✔ Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
✔ You can track your package using the link provided in the confirmation email.

5. Shipping Delays & Issues

We strive to meet our delivery estimates, but unexpected delays can occur due to:
High order volumes during holidays.
Courier delays (weather, strikes, customs).
Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

💡 If your package is delayed by more than 5 days, please contact us, and we will assist you in locating your order.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

✔ If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.
✔ If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend checking with neighbours or your local courier office first.
TheCatPlug is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.


7. International Shipping & Customs

✔ International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for paying any import fees.
✔ Customs processing times can add additional delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

💡 We do not provide refunds for customs-related shipping delays.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

✔ Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
✔ After this period, orders are already processed and cannot be changed.
